We're a small company and TalentX is a serious product — we charge fairly for the value it creates from day one. Every plan is a real paid subscription. If you want to see the platform before committing, ask us for a live demo using our demo account — that's free, but it's our account, not a free tenant of your own.

Everything: skills portal, talent marketplace with approval workflows, AI fit predictor, training recommendations, Kanban pipeline, position templates, custom roles, bulk import, audit log, GDPR export, email notifications, analytics, dark mode — the full platform. SSO, Teams integration, and custom branding are Corporate+ only.

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the Billing page inside the app. Stripe prorates the difference immediately.

Any active account in your organisation. Deactivated accounts don't count toward your limit.

Yes — the SSO feature uses Microsoft's Azure Active Directory. It's available on the Corporate plan and above. You'll need to register an AAD app (we walk you through it).

Yes — see our On-Prem page. The self-hosted edition is identical in features. Contact us for a quote — pricing depends on your organisation size.

New sign-ups are blocked and you see an upgrade prompt. Existing users are not affected.

When an employee posts a change signal, it is sent to their manager for approval before becoming visible in the talent marketplace. Managers can approve or reject with a note. Admins can bypass this on behalf of any employee.
